I REGOLAMENTI PARLAMENTARI
The course of parliamentary law aims to explain the role of the Parliament in the form of Italian government. In particular, through the study of parliamentary rules, students can interpret the inner workings of politics and parties. After completing the course, students will be able to critically analyze the parliamentary order and understand the workings of the Chambers. Especially through the comparative analysis, the student can identify - in evolutionary perspective - hypothesis of reform of parliamentary institutions.
I GRUPPI PARLAMENTARI
The course of parliamentary law aims to explain the role of the Parliament in the form of Italian government. In particular, through the study of the parliamentary groups, students can interpret the close link between the party system and the functioning of Parliament. Through comparative analysis, students will identify possible reforms of the Statute of the groups, with emphasis on the opposition groups.
