The course show the main human resource management strategies. It will focus, in detail, on the assessment of staff. This argument wants to ensure the proper functioning of an organization, to support the staff and the personal and professional growth paths; Moreover, the issues related to the behavior of individuals in organizations will be addressed, from the entrance in the company for evaluation, going through the selection, analysis and design work, training and development of people.
