The course in Criminal law intends to acquire the basic knowledge of the criminal justice system. The first module is dedicated, in particular, to the study of criminal law and its general – and fundamental – principles: in particular, the constitutional principles of legality, culpability and rehabilitation.
The course in Criminal law intends to acquire the basic knowledge of the criminal justice system. The second module is aimed at analyzing the structure of the criminal offense, in its objective components (behavior, events, causality) and subjective (intent, fault, manslaughter), as well as the analysis of the forms of manifestation of crime (attempt, conspiracy, circumstances).

Inexcusable ignorance of the criminal law. The constitutional principles in criminal and judicial matters. The code structure.
The objective element of the crime. The subjective element of the crime. The causes of justification. The attempt. The circumstances of the crime. The conspiracy. Concurrent offenses.
Prison sentences and fines. The discretionary power of judge. Extinction of the offence. Alternative measures to detention. Security measures. Prevention measures.
