Learning Objectives

Examine the state system, even in its most recent pluralistic developments. Also examine the level and structure of fundamental rights and constitutional dut.



Detailed Course Content

General concepts: law, legal system and state. - The subjects of the sort and subjective legal situations: the basics. - The components of the concept of state.- Forms of State and forms of government. - The Italian State: fundamentals of constitutional history. the sources legal order. The person in the Constitution: the inviolable rights and duties constitutional. - The electoral

systems. - Parliament. - The President of the Republic. The Government. The constitutional principles on public administration. - The administrative organization and activity administrative (notes). - The protection of individuals against the public administration (notes). – The jurisdiction. - The Constitutional Court. - The decentralization of regional policy after the reform Title V of the Constitution.
