Learning Objectives

To provide students with the scientific basis of Periodontology: the interactions between periodontal disease and systemic and management from the perspective of periodontal patients with medical conditions; the epidemiology of periodontal diseases and the role of periodontics in public health; clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of periodontal disease in the early stages of medium severity; clinical experience in the diagnosis of severe periodontal disease, the pathophysiology of the maxillary bone atrophy and bone grafts.
