The course is structured in two parts. The first deals with the model of competition envisaged by the EU Treaties and the behavior of companies deemed to be detrimental to competition. The second deals with state interventions in favor of companies and their compatibility with EU law, with regard also to the issue of territorial social economic cohesion.
