Course Structure

This part (3 ECTS) of the course is focused on the regional protection of human rights under International Law. All relevant treaties on the matter will be commented during lectures.



Detailed Course Content

The course aims to remark the importance of international protection of human rights at the regional level, as the most effective tool to guarantee them to the benefit of private individuals and human communities.
