The course aims to outline the theoretical and methodological scenario concerning the management and promotion of human resources in organizations. The processes and tools that allow the management and planning of human resources development interventions will be analyzed
The program includes the study of the most relevant topics to learn about theories, tools and processes through which organizations govern human resource management practices. Among these: the selection, orientation, training, empowerment, requalification, diversity management.
