Learning Objectives

The aim of the course is that students acquire knowledge and understand the importance of the Theory and Methodology of the Human Movement.

The course aims to provide students with the basics on the knowledge of human movement. The classification of movements. The Realization of the movement and its forms (reflexive, voluntary, automated motility). Motor learning: ability and ability; the classification of motor skills. The control strategy to promote motor learning and correction of motor error.

The course aims to provide students with a general understanding of human movement and its methods of investigation on postures, stations, attitudes, attitudes, on static or postural motor patterns and on dynamic motor schemes.

The aim of this course is to make the movement of the human body known in its entirety. The evolution of movement in the different age groups (evolutionary age, stabilization, involution). Sensitive phases for learning and motor development. Non-verbal communication. Gestural and motor language. The methods of expressive motor activities. The relationships between motor skills.


Course Structure

Frontal teaching as the main teaching method with practical theoretical exercises and the choice of the student on a study theme, a pathology, a clinical case, to articulate a lesson of adapted motor activity, through the delivery of a group study report (essay) pdf) and through a popular seminar (oral presentation through ppt). E.g. structure a session of Adapted Physical Activity (AFA) for patients with osteoporosis, arthritis, diabetics, cardiopaths, with scoliosis, or a weight loss training program or to increase muscle tone, etc.
