Learning Objectives

DIRITTO PRIVATO
The course aims to impart elementary knowledge of private law with reference to matters relevant to sports law and, in particular: private autonomy and state system; capacity and status of the child; personality rights; sports performance contracts; civil liability.
ORGANIZATION OF SPORTS BODIES
The course aims to provide students with basic knowledge in sport management with particular attention to amateur sports associations

The course will be held with lectures of frontal teaching and some exercises consisting of seminars in which the students will participate actively

The legal system. Sources of law. Interpretation of the law and analogy. State regulation and sports organization; private autonomy. Capacity and minors. Objections and contracts. Sports performance contract. Interest in fulfilling the sports professional. Sporty ethics and market logic. Sponsorship. Image rights of sports professionals. Civil responsibility. Responsibility for sporting activity.
