Knowledge and understanding
The course gives the students a first knowledge and understanding in the field of the European Intellectual Property Law.
Applying knowledge and understanding
The course aims at providing knowledge and understanding in the field of European Law of Intellectual Property that students can apply in occupational contexts.
Making judgments
At the end of the course, students will have the ability to identify the appropriate laws and interpretations to formulate responses to well-defined concrete and abstract problems in the field of the patents and trademarks EU law.
Communication skills
The course aims at giving the ability to communicate about understanding, skills and activities, in the field of European Intellectual Proterty Law, with peers, supervisors and clients.
Learning skills
The course aims at providing the learning skills to undertake further studies, in the field of the European Intellectual Property Law, with some autonomy.
Frontal lessons supported by slides
Should teaching be carried out in mixed mode or remotely, it may be necessary to introduce changes with respect to previous statements, in line with the programme planned and outlined in the syllabus.
