Learning Objectives
- Clinical Pathology
The course is aimed at building knowledge and developing competences in the field of Clinical Pathology.
The students will learn to evaluate and interpret the laboratory tests used in the main hematological diseases, in the alterations of the coagulation system, in the alterations of liver, in certain endocrinopathies, in autoimmune diseases, in periodontal diseases and neoplastic diseases.
Course Structure
- Clinical Pathology
The lessons will be held in classrooms. PDF presentations, which will be available for the students on the platform Studium, will be used as a presentation tool. Despite representing a facilitating tool during the learning process, the PDF presentations do not represent a replacement for textbooks.Should teaching be carried out in mixed mode or remotely, it may be necessary to introduce changes with respect to previous statements, in line with the programme planned and outlined in the syllabus.
Oral exam will be used for learning assessment. Learning assessment may also be carried out on line, should the conditions require it.
