Learning Objectives

1. knowledge and understanding: The student must be able to describe the organization and activities of public administrations and the juiridcal regime of companies within the tourism sector, not limiting to Italian law, but also with reference to the European legal system.

2. applying knowledge and understanding: The student must be able to describe the organization and activities of public administrations and the juiridcal regime of companies within the tourism sector, not limiting to Italian law, but also with reference to the European legal system.

3. making judgements: Learning Tourism Law will allow the student to mature in terms of consciousness and awareness of his potential role in the Tourism market.

4. communication skills: The student must know legal terminology and should not have difficulty in understanding a regulatory act.

5. learning skills: The students must have acquired learning skills such that they can pursue independently the study of legal subjects, even at the highest levels.


Course Structure

The teaching activities are structured in face to face lessons. The teaching method is based on the combination of theoretical arguments with exercises and case studies in order to obtain a full understanding of the topics covered by this course.



Detailed Course Content

The course consists of 20 lessons of lectures of two hours each, for a total of 60 hours of lessons.

The Professor can organize some seminars held by external lecturers.

Should teaching be carried out in mixed mode or remotely, it may be necessary to introduce changes with respect to previous statements, in line with the programme planned and outlined in the syllabus.

Learning assessment may also be carried out on line, should the conditions require it.
