To acquire basic elements of mechanisms of drug action, of clinical indications and of pharmacokinetics, as well as basic notions of cardiovascular pharmacology.

Basic principles of General Pharmacology, Pharmacodynamics, Pharmacokinetics.
Basic Principles of Cardiovascular Pharmacology (antihypertensive drugs, diuretics, beta-blockers, calcium antagonists, inhibitors of the renin-angiotensin system, inotropic agents, antiarrhythmic drugs, antidyslipidemic drugs) and of drugs acting on blood (anticoagulants, antiplatelet drugs, thrombolytic drugs).

General physical examination (Psyche and sensory, decubitus, Facies, Skin color, Elementary skin lesions, Body temperature, Nutrition and hydration state, Superficial lymph nodes, Muscular apparatus)
Diseases of the respiratory system
The upper and conduction airways, pulmonary circulation, obstructive and restrictive pathologies, respiratory failure, bronchial asthma, dyspnea, cough.
Diseases of the cardiovascular system
Chest pain (infarct and anginapectoris), arrhythmias, arterial hypertension, heart failure, pericarditis and endocarditis.
Classification, epidemiology, etiopathogenesis, acute and chronic complications. Therapy, physical activity guidelines
Digestive system diseases
Hiatal hernia, gastrodueodenal ulcer, colon disease, liver disease
Acute and chronic glomerulonephritis, nephrosis
