Obiettivi formativi

Knowledge and understanding

The European Intellectual Property Law gives the students a first knowledge and understanding in the field of the European Law of patents and trademarks.

Applying knowledge and understanding

The course aims at:

providing a first knowledge and understanding in the field of European Law of Intellectual Property useful in occupational context;
giving the ability to identify and solve concrete and abstract problems;
giving the ability to communicate about understanding, skills and activities, with peers, supervisors and clients;

providing the learning skills to undertake further studies with some autonomy.

Oral examination

The test/exam will be assessed according to the following criteria established by the Board of the Degree Course (September 17, 2018):

aptness of answers
quality and comprehension of the syllabus
ability to link different topics of the syllabus
ability to show examples
use of jargon and terms of art
general communicative skills
familiarity with legal texts
