Students acquire basic knowledge on the most important parts of civil law and their regulation
Skill to apply Knowledge and Comprehensiveness
Students will be able to understand as the legal system works and the way to solve legal problems in theory and in practice. They will take confidence with legal terminology, with problems of statutes interpretation and they will be able to connect each part of civil law with the others.
They will be able to analyse practical cases and to discern problems that each of them pone to the judge, trying to find the proper solution in the legal system and in the basic regulation that is in their background.
Students will learn the fundamental rules on civil law that will be the basis for the further course of studies
Frontal lessons. Students are required to take part actively
At the end of each content of the course could be organized some exercize, like judgment's reading or case law to solve
A special Tutor will support the teaching activities, for aiding students to prepare the final exams
