LINGUA SPAGNOLA: LINGUAGGI SETTORIALI

Provide students with basic knowledge related to the Spanish languages for special purposes. At the end of the course, the student will know the main features (syntactics, lexical semantics and communicatives) of the specialized languages; he/she will be able to analyze different kind of texts in the economic, legal, technical-scientific, touristic, publicity field.

The course includes lectures with student participation and exercises. The theoretical part (30 hours) will be centered on the languages for specific purposes in scientific-technical, economic, legal, pubblicity and tourism field.

The course provides a general overview of Spanish specialized languages, with special emphasis on the lexical, morpho-syntactic and textual aspects, through the analysis of texts belonging to the technical-scientific, economic, legal, touristic and pubblicity field.
The texts are designed to strengthen the students’ oral and written skills through the reading and discussion (written and oral) of texts related to the languages studied in the theoretical part.
