The student have to demonstrate to understand the structural organization of the human body, from the macroscopic to the microscopic level and the topographical relationships between the structures, correlating them with the histological structure and function, so as to provide a rational basis on which to base one's practical activity . At the end of the course, the student must be able to understand the morpho-functional anatomy of the digestive, respiratory and urinary systems, and the fundamental principles of topographic and clinical anatomy and apply this knowledge to medical practice.
The course includes the discussion of human anatomy with particular interest in the cardio-circulatory system.
