The course will address issues concerning organizational contexts and the importance of a relational climate that favors interactions and motivation for the task. Aspects related to work-related stress and interventions to be implemented for the well-being of workers will also be discussed. Psychological aspects of entrepreneurial skills will also be analyzed, to be understood as a culture that supports personal skills and the enhancement of people. The theoretical and operational contents of the course will give ample space to the activities related to the professional opportunities of the students.
