Detailed Course Content
1°: The function of criminal punishment, the safety measures and the social dangerous. The penitentiary system and the rehabilitative objectives of alternative measures to detention. The treatment of prisoners.
2°: Tre crimes against life and personal safety. Crimes against the sexual offences. Crimes against moral freedom.
