Detailed Course Content

The tenet of the course in philosophy of education is the topic of intercultual education This course can ben seen as an ‘encounter’ between the theoretical philosophical reflection and the intercultural nature of the contemporary pedagogical science.

Themes and emerging issues posed by today's multicultural societies will be explored through the semantic analysis of shared patterns between philosophy and pedagogy (identity, otherness, culture, dialogue, tolerance, recognition, human rights, integration, etc.). This exploration will led to question some emerging issues from an inclusive perspective.
